Home Envy is owned and operated by Todd and Selena, a husband-and-wife team.  We specialize in Kitchen and Bath Design, Cabinetry Sales, and Project management.  Together we have a combined 50 years of experience in the building industry.   We have been working together for the past 10 years creating amazing spaces and truly love what we do. We have learned through experience how to make the home remodeling process as easy and stress free as possible.  See our Process for more details (coming soon). 

 

Todd grew up in a family of builders and trades people.  From a very young age his interests centered around carpentry and building.  He spent countless hours in his grandfather's wood working shop learning how to operate tools and machines.  Todd also spent many hours at work with his dad who was a Master Electrician.  This gave Todd the opportunity to learn yet another building trade.  After graduating high school Todd entered the Military for 10 years, where he earned a degree in electronics.  When he returned to civilian life, he decided to pursue his passion for building and opened his own Construction Company.  He then spent the next 20 years focused on home building, remodeling, additions, window and door installations, and countless other home solutions. 

 

Todd ran a large crew for years and learned how to become a General Contractor and Project Manager through experience.  Todd is THEE Home Expert.​Selena grew up in a family that was always remodeling and redecorating spaces in their home.  She spent countless hours shopping with her mother for furniture and décor.  They didn't have a lot of money growing up so her my mom had to be creative about how to achieve the look she wanted on a budget.  When Selena graduated from high school she went to college and earned a bachelor's degree in business management, but she never lost her flare for design and shopping for a good deal.  After college she went on to work for a family friend who owned a kitchen and bath business.    She spent many years learning how to measure, hand draw designs, order materials for projects and how to run a small business.  After several years of interning, she moved onto a design firm in southern NH.  This is where Selena immersed herself in high end design.   She learned how to use the latest 3D design software, which has proven to be an invaluable design tool. 

 

Eventually she went on to buy her friend's kitchen and bath business.   She worked night and day building the business and honing her design skills.   She became very knowledgeable about making design modifications to new construction blueprints to maximize the layout and functionality of each space.  She also became very experienced in finding the best trade professionals to work with in the industry and planning how to budget wisely during a large-scale project like building a custom home. After many years working separately in a similar industry we decided to join forces to create the ultimate team.
